16'' x 26Km Forcados North Bank Project - Scope of the Works

  • 01New 6” x 10 km Carbon Steel Pipeline from North-bank CPF to FOT including installation of Temporary Pigging facilities at both locations.
  • 02Demolition, modification & upgrade works at North-bank CPF and FOT existing facility.
  • 03Installation of process equipment at North bank CPF and FOT.
  • 04Onshore installation and tie-in at North bank CPF and FOT.
  • 05Electrical Works at North-bank CPF and FOT (if any).
  • 06Instrumentation Works at North-bank CPF and FOT.
  • 07Civil & Structural Works at North-bank CPF and FOT.

GlintPM's Involvement - Project Planner

  • 01Planned, scheduled, monitored, controlled and reported on 5+ projects using Primavera (P6), including the S-Curves.
  • 02Identified critical activities, and advised the project management team (PMT) in taking corrective actions to avoid slippage.
  • 03Extracted project data from scope of works and contracts, analyzed costs, according to codes and standards in Pipeline, and Oil and Gas operations to create a robust plan.
  • 04Verified and checked invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
  • 05Led project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients, including proper tracking of minutes of meeting.
  • 06Minimized losses by 15% through efficient Progress Monitoring Sheet (PMS) and related reporting to the team, client and management for review on a monthly basis.
