24'' x 2km Gas Pipeline at Ibafo-Lagos - Scope of Works
- 01Cleaning, Hydro-testing, dewatering and drying of the 24'' x 2km pipeline segment from valve station to city gate.
- 02Cleaning, Hydro-testing, dewatering and drying of the 12'' x 6km pipeline segment from city gate to Tee-off point.
- 03Cleaning, Hydro-testing, dewatering and drying of the 12'' x 6km pipeline segment from Tee-off point to RCCG station.
- 04Testing and commissioning of the pipeline system.
- 05Testing and Commissioning of Cathodic Protection System.
- 06Provision of As-built drawings, Operations and Maintenance manuals.
- 07Provision of one (1) Hilux vehicle.
- 08Fabrication laying and tie-in of 24†pipeline at Ibafo valve station.
- 09Fabrication, laying and tie-in of 24†pipeline to PRMS and to NIPCO line at city gate.

GlintPM's Involvement - Project Planner
- 01Supervised the fit-up and Welding of the 24'' pipes, including installation of pig traps and pre-commissioning of the pipeline.
- 02Developed Construction Procedures for Fit-Up, Welding, Blasting/Coating, and tie-in for the 24'' pipeline and Installation Aids Fabrication package.
- 03Supervised the Shop Fabrication Construction Team.
- 04Ensured that Client's standards and Requirements were met with respect to quality and dimensional control.
- 05Developed necessary construction procedures for project execution.
- 06Successfully supervised the commissioning/handover of the system to client.
- 07Prepared detailed close-out reports/As-built documentation and handed over to client.
