12'' & 6'' Okpoho-Okono Subsea Flexible Pipelines Project (EPCIC) at OML 119 - Scope of Works
- 01Flushing/De-oiling, Disconnection, Removal and Disposal of existing 16†Production Pigging Facilities on Okpoho WHP and FPSO Mystras.
- 02Flushing/De-oiling, Disconnection, Removal and Disposal of existing 16†Production Riser Flexible and 8†Gas Lift riser flexible at the FPSO end between FPSO & SSIV Structure (MWA to remain in place).
- 03Removal of existing SSIV structure at the FPSO end and associated spools between Pipeline & SSIV.
- 04Removal of existing SSIV at the WHP end and associated spools between Pipeline & SSIV Structure and SSIV Structure & WHP Base of Risers.
- 05Flushing/De-oiling, Disconnection (but not removal) of existing 16†production pipeline and 8†Gas Lift Pipeline, left in situ with blind flanges and protection as agreed with Company.
- 06Engineering, Design, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Installation, Testing, Protection, Stabilization and Commissioning of a new SSIV structure at the FPSO end.
- 07Installation of a new 12†Flexible Riser for Multiphase Production and a new 6†Flexible Riser for Gas Lift, from FPSO Mystras to the new FPSO SSIV Structure via the existing MWA.
- 08Installation of a new SSIV structure at the WHP end and new 12â€/6†Flexible Flowlines between the FPSO and WHP SSIV Structures.
- 09Installation of a new retrofit riser system for 12†Multiphase Production & 6†Gas Lift from WHP SSIV Structure to WHP Topsides.
- 10New temporary and permanent pigging facilities for the new subsea flexible pipeline systems on Okpoho WHP and FPSO Mystras.
GlintPM's Involvement - Project Planner/Engineer
- 01Planned and generated schedule using Primavera (P6), tracked the schedule, re-baselined the schedule and generated monthly reports including project S-Curves for our client.
- 02Supervised the delivery of subsea hardware (6'' & 12'' Flexible pipelines, SSIVs and associated Controls/structures), in accordance with NPDC's HSSE standards.
- 03Managed cost, schedule/progress, quality and HSSE monitoring and reporting for all subsea hardware Engineering, Procurement and Installation activities showing detailed overall/individual S-Curves.
- 04Monitored progress during preparation of Test Procedures with contractor Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
- 05Integrated and engaged all project interfaces at the FPSO, Subsurface, Wells, Operations, and Field Support Vessels.
- 06Monitored and measured progress on the development of all engineering and construction procedures for the execution of the project.
- 07Ensured that API 17J, DNVGL, ISO and NACE relevant codes/standards are strictly adhered to in the design and manufacture of the flexible pipelines.
- 08Managed the supply chain management team to ensure robust processes are applied to the procurement phase, including selection and qualification of vendors/subcontractors, award of sub-contracts, and timely delivery of long-lead items.
